An initiative that forms part of the ‘CATALONIA, WORLD GASTRONOMIC REGION 2025’ project.

👨🏽🍳👩🏼🍳This past Saturday, 30th of August, we enjoyed a most delightful morning in Àger.🧡
With the workshop ‘From Wheat to Table’ and the making of artisan bread, thanks to the joint organisation of the Lleida Bakers’ Guild, the Mauri bakery, the Noguera Regional Council and the Àger Town Council.
Attendees were able to learn the secrets of how to make delicious bread with local ingredients from the Ponent region, guided by master bakers from the area. It was a unique experience that continued with the audience kneading their own bread, which they were able to taste at the end of the workshop.🥖😋
This initiative is part of the ‘Catalonia, World Region of Gastronomy 2025’ project. Àger has been able to do its bit by demonstrating our baking quality. ✨️
